Herewith our standard agent welcome and introduction)…. This will show you what we have as a stock item at this time and stage….. We are always in the process of establishing new products all the time, and will inform you thereof as it becomes Available. Prices on that will be confirmed when it becomes available… effectively meaning that some of our below products prices will change, or some of our clients will automatically be upgraded…

We supply wireless internet Access and a Networking service, on a “Pay As You Go” basis…. For speeds up to 4megs, and sometimes bursting on 8megs…… ….

That is….. R140 as an initial connection fee which includes 1 gig worth of Data to connect to the network thereafter R100 per calendar month which exclude data at R40 per Gig…. The data however do carry over from month to month, and remains in your Clients’ panel until fully depleted. Should your client fail to pay your monthly connection fee, then the machine will automatically cut you off at month end… No questions asked… non answers required…. If the client does not want access for a specific month, they simply don’t pay for that month. Should they pay the follow up month, no arrears are accrued….but your data left still gets carried over.

It must be remembered, that our service is a last mile effort, and is determined by line of sight to our repeater and high site tower.

Now should the client be able to connect or see our existing signal with his or her existing wireless equipment, (Minimum 3 Bars) he / she should be able to make a reasonable connection without needing wireless amplification extra equipment. (External Wireless Router)…. If this is not possible, we can supply the proper equipment to get a stabilised connection point.

E.G.

Antenna 2,4Ghz = R1200 plus R350 for Installation – 200m radius to 1 Km

Antenna 2,4Ghz = R1700 Plus R350 for Installation – 1Km to 2Km Radius

Antenna 2,4Ghz = R2500 Plus R350 for Installation – 2 Km to 3Km Radius

Antenna 2,4Ghz = R3500 Plus R350 for installation – 3Km to max 5Km Radius

To form internal wireless connection within a premises for Mobile phones, Laptops, Tablets etc. A further cost of between R650 and R1500 per internal router point can be charged. (Subject to availability and type of internal accessories as may be required e.g. Desk mount or ceiling mount WIFI unit)

Thereafter come the heavier duty equipment….

Sometimes we find that a client is suitably positioned to become a repeater site then we offer to use his / her venue to repeat our signal which will then be able to host Maximum 10 clients in that immediate vicinity… The client then Pay between R3800 and R6500 towards the equipment setup which change to 5 GHz equipment instead of 2,4Ghz equipment ….. The balance of R4000+ worth equipment is then contributed by IH4A. The repeater site gets treated the same as a Hi-Site, meaning… it is regularly monitored by IH4A, and should equipment need replacement, it is done at IH4A expense, without effecting the Hosting client… The hosting clients furthermore enjoy the benefit of, No monthly fee of R100 …. Thus a saving of R1200 per annum (Therefore quickly paying of his equipment) … the client only pays for his / her Data usage instead…. And he / she do not pay for equipment upgrade or maintenance….. Should the client decide to become a normal client, then we (IH4A) will replace the equipment back to client 2, 4 GHz equipment, and the client will then pay like a normal customer does.

Should the base station at a repeater site require hosting more than 10 units per site as required by the agent, a survey confirming cost of equipment must first be done before committing to price due to some long distance equipment cost that can easily be R25000 per antenna (Requiring at least a pair to communicate)

An extension of networks is somewhat priced on a quoted price based on requirements at that moment…

Note: Though it is standard practice in the industry to clause a fair usage policy, we are not implementing such at this time and stage, but it does not mean that we cannot implement same in the future if clients abuse the system use. Furthermore, 80% of our users on the network is using our services for business, educational and general home use, and there for our policy in this respect block adult sites and content as per our majority customer base requirement.

As a Special Agent:

1. You add a Mark-up on the antenna systems if you please unless you are self installing/ Fit and supplying of equipment of your choice and design at your discretion.

2. Your commission structure change somewhat change on the uncapped client, whereby the following is paid:

a. R100 per client using a 4meg structure

b. R100 per client using a 2 meg Structure

c. R50 Per client using a 1 meg structure

d. R40 per client using the pay as you go structure

e. A further turnover bonus/ percentage as per resellers agreement after deduction of above commissions.

As a Normal agent:

You receive R40 of the R100 we charge per month, or R40 for every uncapped client per month meaning, effectively You Receiving at least R4000 per month if you have 100 clients (While working only about 3Days per month)…. Your duties will consist of serving your client to the best of your ability…. Your busiest time is normally the first three days of the month when defaulting clients wants to reconnect…. As the Agent, you will act as IH4A, and have certain rights to the Control Panel with access to your clients. (You are then in actual fact a 40% share-keeper of clients you have supplied for as long as you can maintain them over a period of 12months, which automatically gets renewed again unless otherwise notified….. Data however, will not be shared, as this is very competitive, and we are constantly trying to drive that price down instead of up…… From promising hi-site and repeater site also you do not get any share either… but you get the potential of getting up to 10 clients instead that can connect to it…. Making your turnover even quicker and better…… (What you loose on the swings, you make triple on the merry go round)

You will be assigned to a monitoring Supervisor who will then tend to all your requirements, e.g. creating users, making certain and assisting you service clients etc.

Should you eventually be able to do your own installations, you will receive the installation fee yourself, and we will discount some of the equipment price for you in order for you to get a better profit Margin on installations as well or you can ultimately obtain it yourself at that time.
